Where we ship

We currently sell to five markets: United Kingdom (primary), Canada, United States, the European Union, and Australia & New Zealand. All prices are shown in GBP.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on our current catalogue, to the United Kingdom and to the other destinations we ship to, with no minimum order value.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch and delivery times vary by product and are confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation where available. Two products, the Biothane 3m and 5m Training Lines, are made to order, approximately 2 weeks before dispatch, as stated by our supplier. Dispatch and delivery timing for all other products has not yet been independently confirmed and is not stated as a fixed estimate here.

International orders — customs and import charges

If you're ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country's customs authority on delivery. These are not included in the price you pay us.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available for your order, you can look it up with our order tracking tool, or we'll aim to send it to you directly. Contact hello@prydea.com with your order number if you haven't received an expected update.

Delayed, lost, or missing parcels

Contact hello@prydea.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimate given (or, where none was given, more than 30 days), you may be entitled to end the contract and receive a refund — see our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
